Huntsville Water Line Replacements

This project involves approximately 1,400 linear feet of 12″ water line, 4,000 linear feet of 8″ water line, and 47 service connections along the City of Huntsville right-of-way through residential neighborhoods and near the TDCJ Facility.

Aurora provided design phase services and served as the Engineer of Record for designing 5,400 LF small-diameter water line replacement and service connections along the project limits, including preparing design submittals and coordinating with the TDCJ Facility. Aurora assisted the City in the Bidding Phase, performed bid analysis, and provided recommendations to the City.

Aurora is currently providing construction phase services including site visits to observe and report the contractor’s progress, responding to contractor RFIs, reviewing contractor submittals, and reviewing contractor’s pay applications.
