Taylor Lake 24″ Water Line Crossing Repair

The project was for developing a facility master plan and risk-based asset management program for the EWPP to plan future CIP projects. The scope included creating a consistent baseline of asset condition at the EWPP and developing the scope of modifications of the EWPP for reliable water supply. Aurora’s tasks included conducting field reconnaissance, data collection, and condition assessment of plants 1, 2, and 3 such as physical conditions, asset inventory, equipment structural integrity, and establishing assessment protocol, reliability risk factors for risk management analysis, and O&M guidelines.
