Aurora provided design phase services and served as the Engineer of Record for designing 5,400 LF small-diameter water line replacement and service connections along the project limits, including preparing design submittals and coordinating with the TDCJ Facility. Additionally, Aurora assisted the City in the Bidding Phase, performed bid analysis, and provided recommendations to the City.
Aurora provided construction phase services including site visits to observe and report the contractor’s progress, responding to contractor RFIs, reviewing contractor submittals, and reviewing contractor’s pay applications.
