Aurora's Handbook 2024

- Aurora developed this handbook to describe some of the expectations of our employees and to outline the policies, programs, and benefits available to eligible employees. All employees should familiarize themselves with the content of the handbook, for it will answer many questions about employment with Aurora.

Benefit Booklet 2024

- This benefit booklet is designed to give you a concise overview of the range of benefit programs available to you as an eligible employee. It can serve as your guide, helping you make informed decisions for the year ahead.

Bereavement Leave & Support

- The Bereavement Leave and Cost Policy establish guidelines for providing paid time off and support to employees in the event of the death of family members.

COVID Protocols

- Consistent with local government and public health guidance, Aurora Technical Services, LLC will adopt the following COVID-19 Health and Safety requirements.

Drug & Alcohol

- It is Aurora Technical Services, LLC goal to provide a safe, drug-free, and productive work environment. Alcohol and drug use poses a threat to the health and safety of our clients and employees. Thus, in alignment with our Company goals and values, Aurora Technical Services is committed to the elimination of drug and alcohol use in the workplace.

Medical Reimbursement

- The Medical Reimbursement Policy establishes guidelines for reimbursing employees for qualified medical expenses.

Medicare Benefit

- For employees who qualify for Medicare (age 65 or older), Aurora Technical Services, LLC (Aurora) is offering the following benefit for employees who choose to enroll in Medicare. The Medicare Benefit is available for qualifying Full-Time active employees only.

Parental Leave

- Parental Leave under this policy is a paid leave associated with the birth of an employee’s own child or the placement of a child with the employee in connection with adoption. Parental leave is not charged against the employee’s paid time off (PTO) balance.

Payed Time Off (PTO)

- Aurora Technical Services recognizes that employees have diverse needs for time off from work and, as such, Aurora Technical Services has established this paid time off (PTO) policy. The benefits of PTO are that it promotes a flexible approach to time off by combining vacation, sick and personal leave.

Service Award

- In an effort to acknowledge employee loyalty and years of service with Aurora Technical Services, LLC the Company will recognize those employees. During these presentations, the recipient(s) will be publicly recognized by the company. 

Achievement Award

- To acknowledge employee achievement ( Aurora Technical Services, LLC Aurora Technical Services, LLC will conduct quarterly presentations to recognize employees for their contribution to the safety of themselves and others and execution of company policies and procedures in the workplace.

Timesheet Submittal

- Employees are expected to submit their timesheets on Harvest every Thursday by 1:00 PM. Aurora Technical Services, LLC employees are to make timesheets a priority in their schedule to comply with company policy and procedures.
